the highly awaited techno legend Kevin Saunderson is mixing in the woods, on the same stage with
Industrialyzer, an exponent of „new” techno, faster and as interesting as the original. The local scene

Those in search for an alternative can easily find it on the Fusion area, where starting the first night
(Friday, May 27th) the four basic elements of hip-hop culture will unite: turntablism, MC-ing, graffiti
and breakdancing. Expect great lyric performances from the hottest MCs of the moment: Norzeatic
aka Vexxatu Vexx together with Khidja Live Band (Electric Brother -bass, Alex Anastasiu -
vibraphone, Tavi Scurtu – drums), Parazitii, CTC, Armada members Cedriy2k, Carbon and Aforic;
these are dubbed by monsters of romanian turntablism: FaiboX of Turntable Science, members of

În cea de‐a doua seară sâmbătă, 28 mai) pe scena Fusion vor cânta live câteva trupe excelente, precum Les Elephantes Bizarres. Și pentru ca toată lumea să aibă suficiente calorii de ars pentru tot festivalul, organizatorii amenajează la Food Court standuri cu mâncare diversă. I Siciliani Patiseria Tipica este primul brand confirmat ce va participa la acest festin, ei vă oferă produse tradiționale, direct de la mama lor din Sicilia. Desigur, oferta se va îmbunătăți și cu alte tipuri de mâncare, pentru toate gusturile și buzunarele. Nici nu trebuie să mai plecați acasă, pentru ca în timpul zilei se desfășoară scene de stand‐up comedy, improvizație, vizionare de filme, terase, cort de relaxare cu perne, sporturi, standuri cu

• Postez despre asta fiindca sunt un user al fonturilor marca Hydro74, iar cativa dintre voi sigur au observat. E important cu-atat mai mult cu cat e pe aceeasi data pe care noi ne vom anarhiza la Therapy Sessions 6, designerul isi expune lucrari in cadrul primei sale expozitii solo. Nice1.

STREET HEROES took place this month in the capital of Romania, Bucharest.
Many of you were there witnessing alongside both artists and participants.
As you know I supported this festival mostly as a host on the music area; overall we all bared the sun but also enjoyed every moment together.
I would like to pay my respects to all involved with the heart(and pockets). Nonetheless thanks for recruiting me to this one, wish it lasted longer during the night time. But a great job and big ups to all there giving their shot and for having as much fun as they could.

Now, the network got bombed with nice reviews from some pretty cool people, to say the least.
I’m glad I’m born in these times when it comes to memories like these.

• Prima editie a festivalului de cultura urbana STREET HEROES s-a tinut luna aceasta in Bucuresti.

Multi dintre voi ati fost prezenti alaturi de artisti si participanti.
Dupa cum stiti, Dropdread a sprijinit acest eveniment, in mare parte ca gazda a scenei muzicale. Am indurat impreuna caldura insuportabila, dar mai ales momentele pline de bucurie.
As vrea sa le multumesc si sa-mi acord respectele tuturor celor implicati cu inima dar si cu buzunarele. Multumesc pentru recrutarea mea la acest eveniment care mi-as fi dorit sa tina si mai mult, mai ales pe timpul noptii. Per total, big ups tuturor celor care au daruit din ei ce era mai bun si pentru toata buna dispozitie pe care au pus-o la comun. Si mai ales multumiri celor care m-au ajutat pe parcursul eventului pentru ca lucrurile sa decurga in regula(o lista maricica).
De altfel “reteaua” a fost bombardata cu reviewuri bune din partea unor oameni care stiu ce fac,
asa ca hai sa dam un ochi impreuna peste cateva poze. Multumiri inca odata, sper ca v-ati bucurat de fiecare clipa alaturi de noi si de invitatii din line up(atat muzical cat si artistic):

Before diving any deeper into the content of Street Heroes, the first international festival of its kind taking place in Bucharest, lets make a proper Introduction.
Oh my dear, where to start on describing this trip? I mean its hilarious. On one hand you could get as serious as possible by start counting the paragraphs as you add em from the website menu-tab stating “program” – www.streetheroes.eu – one by one:

On the other hand you could get way too ecstatic and forget both who and where you are for a second, sip by sip inhaling each headliner, legend in the making , every icon appearing on the screen in front of your eyes.
And this time isnt you browsing the net for fresh infos on your favourite artist, music producer or pro rider; this time THEY’RE HERE.

And this is where we all need to be, as Street Heroes becomes the capital of the holly triangle Arts-Extreme Sports-Music. Right here in Bucharest we’re about to witness the World hosting another New World inside: Our World.

Our world as described by such names: CHASE&STATUS and MC RAGE, DUB FX LIVE, DJ HYPE & MC DADDY EARL, BORGORE, DJ FOOD, C.T.C, CARBON, CEDRY2K, NWANDA, AFORIC, GOJIRA, DROPDREAD | REVOK, DEMS333, SMASH137 | GREMS, FLYING FORTRESS, THE LONDON POLICE | INTL PRO RIDERS, SKATERS, DANCERS and many more.

Yes, its official, the Street Heroes fairytale came true after getting contoured day by day. The arts meet the extreme to shake hands on heavy partying background.
And talking about heavy partying, as Chase and Status need no introduction, lets take a peak at the massive hands up for their latest performance at Warriors Dance Festival alongside Plan B and MC Rage.

I went past weekend up north to celebrate life&movement&of cource, the sounds in the heart of city Piatra Neamt. There I met my new team of coleagues, the official SKULLCANDY ROmania team. We attended TARE CA PIATRA on its 5th edition and though I didnt really have time to enjoy my coffee on a large view on top of mountain Ceahlau, you bet stuff hapened and made it worthy of posting about it. Thanks Skullcandy & TCP for bringing me in..I actually played dubstep&drumandbass there during Sunday’s skate contest! Virgin no more

Am calatorit in nord weekendul trecut pentru a celebra viata&miscarea si bineinteles, sunetul, tocmai in inima orasului Piatra Neamt. Acolo mi-am intalnit noua echipa de colegi, teamul oficial SKULLCANDY ROmania. Ne-am facut prezenti la cea de-a cincea editie TARE CA PIATRA si desi nu mi-am sorbit cafeaua de pe varful Ceahlaului, fiti siguri ca s-au intamplat altele care sa faca excursia de merit. Multumiri aici Skullcandy & echipa de organizatori TCP pentru prezenta mea acolo..am avut ocazia sa pun drumandbass si dubstep in timpul skate contestului de Duminica..gata cu virginitatea!
